Time for the husband to go to China again,
Good thing my hubby likes eating whatever they feed him. I would be stuck taking protein bars and starving on the whole trip, well except I could and would eat fruits and vegetables I guess. But I draw the line at unidentifiable meat. I would be a definite killjoy on his business trip. Oh well, the week after he arrives home we are off to Sunny Los Cabos to enjoy the summer weather there. While there will celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. I am really looking forward to it. I just love this local sandwich shop that we go to. It has amazing hot and cold sandwiches, soups, salads and the best is the huge brownies they have. They call the brownies "gangster brownies" and they are amazing. The name of the brownies kind of sets the tone for the decor of the shop. The name of it is Vinnie's Chicago Sandwich Shop and the decor is amazing. It is packed full of antiques from era's gone by, focusing on a gangster theme.
