Returns and Refunds

If you need to return your item you may ship it back to me within 5 business days of receiving it (at your expense). Item must be in same condition it was shipped, new and in good working order, once it is received a refund will be processed for your original payment (less shipping charge if applicable and a 15 % restocking fee.). Best method for shipping should be with USPS or with your countries postal service, first class with tracking and insurance. Item should be returned in original box the item was shipped in, and appropriately packaged so there will be no damage to contents. Please contact me prior to shipping the item to be returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 

If item is damaged in shipping please contact me immediately. A photo of the damage may be needed to begin process of damage claims. Product will need to be returned to complete refund or replacement process.

All products are checked before shipping to ensure they are in proper working order. If there is an issue with any product you have received please contact us within 3 days of receiving so we can offer a resolution. No refunds or exchanges available if issue is not reported within 3 days of receiving your order. All products that are being shipped back for a damage claim must be received by Char's Favorite Things within 7 business days of you receiving the package.

If a music box has been damaged from use after purchase we may be able to repair or replace the product for you at an additional cost. We do not offer pocket watch repairs.
