Returns and Refunds
If you are not happy with your item you may ship it back to me within 7 business days of receiving it (at your expense). Item must be in same condition it was shipped, new and in good working order, once we receive it, we will refund your original payment (less shipping charge and applicable restocking fees) . Best method for shipping a return is via USPS, first class with tracking and insurance. Please contact me prior to shipping the item to be returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
A 15% restocking fee is charged on music box locket returns due to the "made to order" option of choosing the music box movement for each locket.
If item is damaged in shipping please contact me immediately. A photo of the damage may be needed to begin process of damage claims. Product will need to be returned to complete refund or replacement process.
All products are checked before shipping to ensure they are in proper working order. If there is an issue with any product you have received please contact us within 3 days of receiving so we can offer a resolution. No refunds or exchanges available if issue is not reported within 3 days of receiving your order. All products that are being shipped back for a damage claim must be received by Char's Favorite Things within 7 business days of you receiving the package.
If a music box has been damaged from use after purchase we may be able to repair or replace the product for you at an additional cost. We do not offer pocket watch repairs.
